Farm fresh milk because fresh is always best

Nutrition is one of the most debated topics around the world. Emerging research studies, through their latest findings, have shown the effect of the same on our health choices. The human body requires balanced nutrition in order to function properly. Balanced nutrition is required for the body to develop, repair and replace the cells and tissues and help protect us against infections. It is extremely important to have the right nutrients in the right amount and the right combination to keep us fit and healthy.

Cow’s milk is said to be one of the primary sources of nutrition. This has been present in the staple diet of almost every single Indian since birth. Consumption of milk and other dairy products including yoghurt are associated with numerous health benefits. The cow’s milk is said to help people strengthen their bones, prevent people from developing brittle bones and other bone disorders, and also for strong teeth. Dairy products are said to be great sources of calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and various other nutrients, which help individuals keep their energy levels high. A number of milk brands in India have been very successful in positioning themselves as being healthy and organic. A number of doctors and other health professionals around the world recommend drinking of cow’s milk in order to tackle health issues such as osteoporosis, weak teeth and bones etc. As people grow older, the bones and teeth in the body become weak and it becomes important for them to take calcium supplements to strengthen themselves and to keep themselves free of bones, joints and dental issues.

Many research studies in the past have established that the nutrients in the milk help control and fight many cardio vascular problems, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis etc. In this day and age where money is the only commodity that many people give the sole importance to, it becomes essential to have a good detailed look at the product before purchasing the same. Adulteration is one of the most commonly found practice which consumers must be aware of. The dairy industry presently is facing quite a few obstacles which include the exposing of the adulteration and other unethical practices in the dairy industry. A number of milk manufacturers in India now administer oxytocin injections in the cows, in order to increase the supply of milk in the cows. This practice has a very harmful effect on the cows as well to the milk consumers. The oxytocin injection has an effect of producing false delivery pains to the uterus of the cows which can be extremely painful for the cows. Additionally, this hormone is passed on to the humans who consume the milk from the cow, which result in many health problems. Oxytocin causes many health problems including the early onset of puberty in girl children. They can be very harmful and cause hormonal problems in the body. Therefore, the need for farm fresh milk arises, which is entirely organic.

Cow’s milk in Mumbai can be bought off the shelf from any store or super market. Apart from this, a number of farmers provide fresh milk to the homes of the residents in Mumbai.
